Synopsis
Failed stock market whiz kid Jack Casey gets a job on a bike at San Francisco's Quicksilver Speed Delivery, where he befriends entrepreneur Hector Rodriguez and attractive fellow bicycler Terri, then finds an enemy in drug dealer Gypsy.
