Welcome to ScreenProfits.com (“ScreenProfits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at ScreenProfits.com, including all pages, data, content, features, and services offered on or through the site (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

1. About ScreenProfits

ScreenProfits.com publishes movie-related data, including box office figures, budgets, revenue estimates, profitability analysis, and related film industry information (collectively, the “Data”). The Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Ownership of Content and Data

All Data, text, graphics, charts, tables, compilations, databases, logos, designs, software, and other content on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are the proprietary property of ScreenProfits.com or its licensors.

The Data published on this Site consists of our own proprietary data — including original estimates, calculations, compilations, curation, and analysis created by ScreenProfits.com. 3. Permitted Use — Non-Commercial Use with Attribution

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site and to use a reasonable, limited portion of the Data for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Attribution is required. Any use, reproduction, or citation of our Data must credit “ScreenProfits.com” as the source.
  • A link is required. When used online, the credit must include a clickable, followable hyperlink to ScreenProfits.com or to the specific page from which the Data was obtained.
  • Sourcing must be clear. The attribution must appear alongside the Data in a manner that is clearly visible to your audience and must not suggest that ScreenProfits.com endorses you or your work.

5. No Scraping, Bots, or Automated Access

Automated access to the Site is strictly prohibited. You may not:

  • Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, bot, script, or other automated system, tool, or process to access, monitor, extract, harvest, index, or copy the Site or any Data or Content;
  • Use automated means to circumvent, bypass, or defeat any access controls, rate limits, paywalls, or subscription requirements;
  • Perform bulk downloading, systematic retrieval, or data mining of the Site;
  • Access the Site through any means other than the publicly available interface provided by ScreenProfits.com.

Search engines operating publicly available crawlers in compliance with our robots.txt directives, solely for the purpose of creating publicly available search indexes (and not for data extraction, resale, or AI training), are exempt from this section.

We reserve the right to employ technical measures to detect and block automated access, and to pursue all available legal remedies against violators, including claims for breach of contract, copyright infringement, and violations of applicable computer fraud and abuse laws.

6. Metered Access and Email Subscription

Access to portions of the Site is metered. You may read a limited number of pages free of charge, after which continued access requires that you subscribe to our email list (“Subscription”).

7. Accuracy of Data; No Warranties

The Data on this Site includes estimates, projections, third-party reported figures, and our own proprietary calculations. Some of the Data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Box office figures, budgets, and profitability numbers in particular are frequently unofficial estimates.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCREENPROFITS.COM AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY DATA OR CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party data sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or sources. Links do not constitute endorsement.

11. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at the address in Section 15 with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 13, and 14 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
